Kissing Can Reduce Stress

A new study shows that kissing can reduce stress. Kissing produces chemicals that reduce stress hormones. In the study college students were tested before and after they kissed their mate for 15 minutes. In all students, cortisol levels were reduced after kissing indicating their stress levels declined. With stress, it is important to reduce the levels of circulating stress hormones so the body can get back in balance. So the next time you feel stressed try kissing.
